She is a co-founder of TransCode Therapeutics Inc., a public company that is aimed at bringing these therapies into clinic.
During her tenure at MSU, she has established and built a university-wide Precision Heath Program that aims at shifting the paradigm of healthcare from reactive to proactive, focusing on prevention, prediction and early detection of various pathologies. Under her leadership the program has been highly successful with hundreds of published papers and multiple secured grants by each investigator. The efforts of PHP have dramatically increased the national ranking of MSU’s Radiology Department to 1st place in the Big Ten and 14th place nationally in NIH funding in 2023.
